About Us
Our Story
FNPIC was founded by 3 powerful First Nations women of Australia, Melanesia, and Polynesia who collectively bring over 80 years of experience in health care, community support, and NDIS services.
Our founders have worked in various settings, including private and public hospitals, charities, government, religious organisations, and indigenous organisations. Their defined lived experiences as First Nations people in Australia has defined their way of caring and service delivery.

For our founders, it is not about the financial reward that drives them. It is through the realisation of many years of failures they have seen within NDIS care. At FNPIC, we match our words to our actions. It is one thing to say to people that we care, but it is another thing to deliver it and ensure people feel our warmth and genuine support.

Our Vision
Our vision is to deliver culturally appropriate care that goes above and beyond expectations of First Nations families and communities. We see everyone as members of our extended family and aim to provide a culturally safe space for everyone to thrive.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide superior care that goes beyond mere words, supporting everyone respectfully in the First Nations cultural and spiritual caring way. FNPIC aims to match what we say to our actions and provide unconditional love for all individuals, families and communities.
